database management, and performing essential back-office operations. The ideal candidate

Key Responsibilities
Manage membership renewals with timely follow-ups and communication.
Maintain strong relationships to ensure high client retention.
Conduct weekly webinars for members, partners, and stakeholders.
Perform research to support client servicing and program development.
Oversee back-office operations, including documentation and internal coordination.
Work with databases, update records, and ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operational support.
