We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a MIS and Accounts Officer. This role requires a candidate with strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks spanning sales coordination, data analysis, and accounts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Coordination:
    • Facilitate sales coordination activities for group companies.
    • Prepare and maintain Master MIS (Management Information System) for effective decision-making.
    • Ensure data protection and confidentiality in all sales-related activities.
  2. Data Management:
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive master sheet for all clients for Group Companies.
    • Generate monthly target vs achievement reports for performance analysis.
    • Calculate and process incentives accurately.
  3. Accounts Management:
    • Handle voucher creation in both accounts software and Excel.
    • Manage vendor payments and ensure timely reimbursements.
    • Facilitate vendor empanelment and reconcile suspense accounts.
    • Efficiently manage petty cash and record loans & advances.
  4. Inventory and Asset Management:
    • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Manage equipment and asset records for the organization.
  5. Insurance Management:
    • Coordinate fire and theft insurance for company assets.
    • Maintain a personal insurance tracker for employees.
  6. Expense and Event Management:
    • Record and analyze details of company events and associated expenses.
  7. Financial Reporting:
    • Coordinate invoices with the accounts department.
    • Enter payment links with coordination in the sales process.
    • Manage part payments and send reminders as necessary.
    • Monitor daily run rates and provide regular day-to-day business reporting.
  8. ERP Coordination:
    • Utilize ERP systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  9. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Coordinate with Company Secretary and Chartered Accountants for seamless operations.
    • Ensure compliance with TDS deduction and associated dates.
    • Stay updated on GST rates and deductions.

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and accounts management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
