Job Description: As a Liaison & PR Officer at WPDO, you will play a pivotal role in promoting peace initiatives, enhancing the organization’s brand, and facilitating communication and coordination with various stakeholders, including the United Nations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at advancing the mission of WPDO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Branding & Marketing of WPDO Initiatives, Products & Services.
  2. Branding for Peace Makers & Initiatives: Identify and collaborate with individuals and organizations actively contributing to peace awareness and initiatives. Recognize their efforts by bestowing honors and awards on deserving peace champions, effectively enhancing WPDO’s visibility and reputation in the process.
  3. Routine Coordination: Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and coordination of activities.
  4. Coordination with UN-Related Activities: Foster and maintain relationships with United Nations entities, participating in UN-related activities, and representing WPDO as required.
  5. Membership Sales: Promote and drive membership sales for WPDO, encouraging individuals and organizations to join the cause of global peace.
  6. Operational Tasks: Assist in various operational tasks as needed to support WPDO’s mission and activities.


  1. Minimum 2-3 years of Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a strong track record of achieving targets and objectives.
  2. Experience in Peace Making Organizations or NGOs (Preferred): Prior experience in a peace-making organization or non-governmental organization with a focus on peace initiatives is highly desirable.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and represent WPDO professionally.
