Shipping Policy
- Some of the services provided by UBVL and its associates may involve delivery of physical items such as copies of published magazines or books, award certificates, trophies, souvenirs, etc.
- There will be a fee to be paid by the client towards the shipping of such items which may vary from country to country and from time to time depending upon the courier charges levied.
- All the parcels for shipping are packed with utmost care and sent through internationally reputed couriers, however, damage during the shipping can not be negated. Nonetheless, if the damage is beyond acceptable standards, UBVL will replace the damaged goods.
- If its so deem fit, client may arrange for shipping on his own or even pick up parcels from UBVL office.
- The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days within India and 7 to 8 working days outside India. However, delivery may vary due to unavoidable circumstances caused by natural catastrophe, political upheaval, transportation strikes, or any such event over which UBVL has no control.
- If the client destination is so remote that reputed couriers refuse to deliver, UBVL will ask the client to name the courier service that delivers to its destination.
