Cancellation and Refund Policy

We thank you for having chosen UBVL for its services. Please read the other policies of UBVL very carefully before going further ahead as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer. Due to the nature of the services, all payments to UBVL are made in advance prior to the services rendered. There is no refund policy once the payment is made, partial or in full. In case UBVL is not able to deliver the promised services due to natural calamities such as floods, lightning, torrential rains, earthquake, or any other unavoidable man made or natural situations, UBVL will try to fulfil its promise to the extent best suited to the situation; however, no payments will be refunded under any circumstances unless the promise is broken for a reason other than mentioned above. In this case, UBVL will decide the percentage amount that it may decide to refund.
